Americas Product Director, Digital Assets

Location: New York, New York, United States. Hybrid workplace model with at least four full days per week working in an hirify.global office; travel across the region and globally may be required up to 20%.

Salary: $190,000–$240,000 annually, plus incentive pay.

What you will do

• Lead digital asset strategy and execution across the Americas.
• Develop a regional digital asset product roadmap aligned with global priorities.
• Identify market opportunities, client demand, and regulatory developments.
• Lead the structuring, governance, regulatory approval, and launch of new digital asset investment products.
• Partner with distribution teams on client engagement, education, and commercialization.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Product Management, while representing the firm at industry, regulatory, and client events.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in asset management or digital assets, focused on product development, strategy, or investment management.
• Deep knowledge of digital assets, blockchain technology, and evolving regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience launching and managing investment products in complex, multi-jurisdictional environments.
• Experience with institutional and/or retail clients in the Americas, fund structures, investment strategies, and digital asset operating frameworks.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, presentation, commercial, and execution skills.
• Willingness to travel across the Americas and globally as needed, up to 20%.
