Salary: $190,000–$240,000 annually.

What you will do

• Serve as the regional lead for digital asset strategy and execution across the Americas.
• Develop and maintain a region-specific digital asset product roadmap aligned with global goals.
• Lead the development and launch of new digital asset products, including fund structuring and regulatory approvals.
• Partner with regional distribution teams to support client engagement and product commercialization.
• Act as a subject matter expert on digital assets for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations to ensure operational readiness.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in asset management or digital assets.
• Deep understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, and the evolving regulatory landscape.
• Proven track record of launching and managing investment products in complex, multi-jurisdictional environments.
• Experience working with institutional and/or retail clients in the Americas.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
