What you will do
- Drive regional sales growth through strategic leadership and execution of go-to-market plans.
- Scale and manage the Southwest enterprise team, including local hiring and cross-functional collaboration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive relationships, key partnerships, and account management in the region.
- Optimize regional business cadence, including forecasting and deal reviews, using automated data pipelines.
- Direct cross-functional programs across sales, customer success, solutions engineering, and field marketing.
Requirements
- 10+ years of direct B2B selling experience to large enterprise accounts ($1B+ annual revenue).
- 5+ years of direct sales management experience leading enterprise field sales teams.
- Deep understanding of IaaS, cloud technologies, networking, and security products.
- Proven track record of managing complex, long-cycle enterprise sales.
- Must be based in Houston, Dallas, or Austin, TX.
- Strong aptitude for technical concepts and AI-driven decision-making tools.
Nice to have
- Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS.
- Experience representing an enterprise technology brand at conferences and media events.
