What you will do

• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives across IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and R&D functions.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to address complex client challenges.
• Manage project resources to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with engagement teams to produce high-quality work products.
• Conduct research on healthcare topics and author insight articles.
• Drive business development and lead proposal efforts.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in life science consulting.
• Fluent in English, Dutch, and French (spoken and written).
• Proven track record of delivering impactful projects in the life science industry.
• Must have valid work authorization for Belgium (work permit not provided).
• Willingness to engage in short-term international business travel.
