Location: Los Angeles, CA | On-site

Salary: $17.87–$21.63 per hour (base pay), plus performance-based bonus

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recovered vehicle asset operations to keep units sale-ready and moving through the pipeline.
  • Eliminate holds/restrictions that delay vehicle sales by executing disciplined inventory, vendor partnership, and process management.
  • Coordinate daily workflows and workload distribution to meet accuracy, productivity, quality, and deadline targets.
  • Serve as the first escalation point for operational issues, questions, and employee concerns; monitor performance and address issues promptly.
  • Coach, guide, and provide feedback to support employee development; assist with onboarding and training of new hires.
  • Track and report operational updates and basic performance metrics; identify process improvement opportunities and lead updates to SOPs and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years of relevant operational experience in automotive finance, lending, dealership, financial services, or related automotive industry.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and relevant internal systems.
