Location: Must be based in or able to work from the NYC area (Hybrid)
Compensation: $361,000 – $496,000 (On-Target Earnings)

What you will do
- Forecast monthly and quarterly commits using automated data and predictive metrics.
- Coach and motivate a team of 8 Account Executives to exceed quota and expansion targets.
- Develop team selling abilities through enablement and data-led customer insights.
- Codify and execute product-focused playbooks to solve critical business challenges.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to optimize training and feature adoption.
- Interview and build a robust pipeline of sales talent.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Sales Management experience in a high-growth SaaS company.
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding team targets through strategic acquisition.
- Experience selling to technical customers using modern Product-Led Growth (PLG) models.
- Coaching-level knowledge of structured sales methodologies like Gap Selling or Sandler.
- Strong ability to multi-thread across business units and drive stakeholder consensus.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for export-controlled technology.
Nice to have
- Experience leading sales teams in Cloud Security or Hyperscaler ecosystems.
- Experience navigating complex accounts undergoing Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
