Location: Must be based in or able to work from the NYC area (Hybrid)

Compensation: $361,000 – $496,000 (On-Target Earnings)

What you will do

  • Forecast monthly and quarterly commits using automated data and predictive metrics.
  • Coach and motivate a team of 8 Account Executives to exceed quota and expansion targets.
  • Develop team selling abilities through enablement and data-led customer insights.
  • Codify and execute product-focused playbooks to solve critical business challenges.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to optimize training and feature adoption.
  • Interview and build a robust pipeline of sales talent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Sales Management experience in a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding team targets through strategic acquisition.
  • Experience selling to technical customers using modern Product-Led Growth (PLG) models.
  • Coaching-level knowledge of structured sales methodologies like Gap Selling or Sandler.
  • Strong ability to multi-thread across business units and drive stakeholder consensus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for export-controlled technology.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading sales teams in Cloud Security or Hyperscaler ecosystems.
  • Experience navigating complex accounts undergoing Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
