TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Los Angeles, CA

Compensation: OTE $260K – $370K + Equity + Commission

What you will do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target enterprise customers and build a robust growth pipeline.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to contract negotiations and closing.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Nurture relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead account planning by researching industry trends and developing strategies to win new business.
  • Manage sales activities in CRM (Salesforce) and provide accurate revenue forecasting.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales (targeting companies with 5k+ employees).
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software environments.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills for high-stakes conversations.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce for data-driven forecasting.
  • Must be based in the USA (specifically Los Angeles, CA for hybrid work).

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of open-source software, APIs, or infrastructure software.
