Compensation: OTE $260K – $370K + Equity + Commission

What you will do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to target enterprise customers and build a robust growth pipeline.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to contract negotiations and closing.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align solutions with customer needs.
- Nurture relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers as a trusted advisor.
- Lead account planning by researching industry trends and developing strategies to win new business.
- Manage sales activities in CRM (Salesforce) and provide accurate revenue forecasting.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales (targeting companies with 5k+ employees).
- Proven track record of closing complex deals in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software environments.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills for high-stakes conversations.
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce for data-driven forecasting.
- Must be based in the USA (specifically Los Angeles, CA for hybrid work).
