Salary: $360,000 – $400,000 USD OTE

What you will do
- Hire, develop, and coach a team of Account Executives to exceed sales objectives.
- Partner cross-functionally to drive a team-based approach for winning enterprise accounts.
- Implement sales strategies to drive monthly, quarterly, and yearly growth against company targets.
- Perform regular pipeline reviews and deal inspections to accurately forecast sales.
- Oversee pipeline generation results through effective planning and enablement.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product value drivers and competitors.
Requirements
- 2+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience selling to Global 2k companies.
- Expertise in building and motivating sales teams and hitting revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of enterprise sales cycles.
- Must be based in the US West region.
- Solid understanding of front-end software development processes and technologies.
- Proven track record of consistent achievement of sales goals.
