Location: Remote (Must be based in US West)

Salary: $360,000 – $400,000 USD OTE

What you will do

  • Hire, develop, and coach a team of Account Executives to exceed sales objectives.
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive a team-based approach for winning enterprise accounts.
  • Implement sales strategies to drive monthly, quarterly, and yearly growth against company targets.
  • Perform regular pipeline reviews and deal inspections to accurately forecast sales.
  • Oversee pipeline generation results through effective planning and enablement.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product value drivers and competitors.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience selling to Global 2k companies.
  • Expertise in building and motivating sales teams and hitting revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of enterprise sales cycles.
  • Must be based in the US West region.
  • Solid understanding of front-end software development processes and technologies.
  • Proven track record of consistent achievement of sales goals.
