Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity)

Focus on guiding customers through their lifecycle, mitigating churn, and ensuring rapid time-to-value for the French market.

Location: Must be based in Paris, France (Hybrid: minimum 3 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding to renewal.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across a portfolio of accounts.
• Drive product adoption and usage through proactive engagement and education.
• Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to resolve escalations and identify upsell opportunities.
• Monitor account health and execute strategic plans to mitigate churn risks.
• Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product development.

Requirements

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to manage a large portfolio and drive retention outcomes.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar CRM/CS platforms.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or other sales qualification methodologies.
• Interest in cybersecurity and AI.
