Focus on strategic business reviews, executive-level solution demonstrations, and resolving complex escalations while mentoring junior staff.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of named accounts across the global customer base, driving adoption and measurable outcomes.
  • Own renewals and expansion by identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities tied to quarterly NRR targets.
  • Run strategic business reviews and deployment health checks with client executive leadership to improve satisfaction and business results.
  • Present and demonstrate hirify.global cyber threat defense solutions to C-suite stakeholders and information security experts.
  • Monitor customer engagement, assess account risk, and execute action plans to progress account health.
  • Lead complex customer escalations to resolution using cross-functional teams; mentor junior staff and contribute to team best practices.

Requirements

  • French and English fluency is essential.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Business Development, Technical Account Management, Client Service, or Consulting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with senior business professionals across industries.
  • Advanced understanding of cybersecurity concepts; familiarity with enterprise networking technology is preferred.
  • Strong time management, self-motivation, and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Hybrid role with minimum 3 days per week in the Paris office.
