What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams of software engineers, designers, and QA specialists to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication and alignment of project objectives.
• Define and manage project scope through detailed Statements of Work (SOW).
• Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget.
• Identify and resolve delivery inhibitors while taking accountability for the team's velocity.
• Act as a trusted advisor by building deep technical understanding of the client's business.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in delivery management or technical project management.
• At least 2 years of experience working within a consultancy environment.
• Expert level understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall/Fixed Price processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work in London.
