Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a high-tech or startup environment.
• Full professional fluency in both English and Hebrew is required.
• Must have the legal right to work in Israel without visa sponsorship.
• Proven ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for technical roles.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
