What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for a global portfolio of roles across diverse regions.
- Proactively source and engage elite talent to build pipelines before roles open.
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and drive a seamless interview cadence.
- Assess candidates rigorously to ensure alignment with company standards and culture.
- Create and maintain metrics dashboards to track pipeline health and conversion rates.
- Optimize recruiting workflows and processes within the Ashby ATS.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech or D2C environments.
- Proven track record in sourcing and closing passive candidates via LinkedIn outreach.
- Ability to recruit across multiple functions and global regions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and sharp judgment of talent.
- Experience with modern ATS tools like Ashby.
- English: C1 proficiency required.
