What you will do

• Review delinquent loans and issue demands according to investor/insurer guidelines, including mandated letters and electronic registrations.
• Refer eligible loans for bankruptcy, foreclosure, or eviction actions to attorneys, ensuring submissions meet required standards.
• Monitor legal cases to support timely filings, accurate documentation, and servicing-system updates.
• Oversee property inspections and preservation efforts for delinquent properties, coordinating with insurance vendors as needed.
• Calculate and provide financial figures to attorneys for claims, reinstatements, payoffs, judgments, and foreclosure bids.
• Process incoming funds and ensure timely payment of invoices, taxes, and insurance within approved limits.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a business-related field and/or 3–4 years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of FHA, VA, conventional, FHLMC, FNMA, and private investor foreclosure guidelines.
• General knowledge of legal documentation and procedural steps to advance the foreclosure process.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Working knowledge of CRT or PC.
• Ability to organize workflow, multi-task, and conduct tenacious follow-up with effective, courteous communication.
