Salary: $166,000–$195,000 USD (Zone 1)

What you will do

• Define and manage privacy program roadmaps, including milestones, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with engineering, legal, compliance, and data teams to ensure privacy requirements are implemented.
• Build and scale data governance programs, including lifecycle management, retention, and access controls.
• Lead planning and reporting processes, including executive updates across multiple initiatives.
• Translate complex technical systems into clear plans and documentation for consistent execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or a related role.
• Ability to understand system design concepts and structure complex technical problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholder presentation.
• Experience building and managing privacy programs with defined metrics and reporting.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and deliver results in a high-growth environment.
