Lead Connectivity Project Manager (Connectivity/IoT): Leading commercial aftermarket connectivity projects to drive enterprise services growth with an accent on sensor-to-screen technology integration and go-to-market strategy execution. Focus on managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards, and scaling connectivity solutions for global equipment users.
Location: Must work onsite five days a week in Mossville, IL. Domestic relocation assistance is available.
Salary: $128,470 – $192,710

What you will do
- Lead commercial aftermarket connectivity projects, including NPI initiatives, from planning to execution.
- Direct and motivate cross-functional project teams, partnering with technical, commercial, and regional stakeholders.
- Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate project risks and ensure schedule adherence.
- Manage project deliverables to ensure service expectations are met and aligned with business goals.
- Monitor project results for deviations and ensure strict adherence to quality standards and processes.
Requirements
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mossville, IL.
- Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Proven experience in tactical and strategic planning within a corporate environment.
- Strong decision-making, critical thinking, and data gathering/reporting skills.
- Ability to implement application software and support end-users effectively.
Nice to have
- Experience with NPI/NTI leadership.
- Background in CAT Equipment Management or Connectivity.
- Previous experience as a Dealer Connectivity Representative.
- Marketing or Industry Trade Show experience.
