Salary: $121,000–$170,000

What you will do

• Own and evolve the product roadmap for data platform capabilities, specifically focusing on data matching and mastering.
• Define and evangelize a platform vision that enhances data discoverability and scalability across the division.
• Lead development efforts to deploy infrastructure, tools, and processes for reliable data solutions.
• Conduct user research and translate complex technical requirements into actionable product features.
• Partner with engineering and data operations teams to ensure alignment with business goals and measurable impact.

Requirements

• Must be based in Toronto, ON and able to work in a hybrid model (3 days/week in-office).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of product management experience, specifically in platform, data, or technology infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of modern data engineering fundamentals, including ETL/ELT and data lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Experience with Master Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality.
• Familiarity with cloud-native data platforms and modern data stack technologies like Spark and Databricks.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industries.
