What you will do
- Manage product, feature, and service rollouts across the portfolio, collaborating with marketing, training, and support teams.
- Develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product deployment for clients.
- Act as a primary product partner for Support and Strategic Account Management teams.
- Define and measure OKRs to track project success, user adoption, and platform integration.
- Manage client feedback loops, centralizing insights to influence future product deliverables.
- Continuously improve implementation processes by researching and applying industry best practices.
Requirements
- Current work authorization for Canada is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in client-facing roles within a B2B environment.
- Proven track record in product implementation and project management.
- Experience delivering critical projects in a SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define and report on business metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholder audiences.
