What you will do

• Manage product, feature, and service rollouts across the portfolio, collaborating with marketing, training, and support teams.
• Develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product deployment for clients.
• Act as a primary product partner for Support and Strategic Account Management teams.
• Define and measure OKRs to track project success, user adoption, and platform integration.
• Manage client feedback loops, centralizing insights to influence future product deliverables.
• Continuously improve implementation processes by researching and applying industry best practices.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in client-facing roles within a B2B environment.
• Proven track record in product implementation and project management.
• Experience delivering critical projects in a SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define and report on business metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholder audiences.
