Salary: $152,000 – $170,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of business-facing data products, from intake and design to adoption and retirement.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into prioritized roadmaps and measurable delivery plans.
• Design and support custom tools, workflow automation, and BI solutions to solve high-value business pain points.
• Modernize and productize reporting assets using platforms like Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Partner with senior leadership and technology teams to establish governance and data quality standards.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• Proven people leadership experience with the ability to coach technical and business-facing talent.
• Strong product management discipline including requirements gathering, prioritization, and governance.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and enterprise platforms like Salesforce.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar data/automation technologies.
• University degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Financial services, investment management, or wealth management industry experience.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, MBA, CFA, or Product Management/Data Analytics credentials.
• Experience with KNIME, Snowflake, or AI-enabled productivity tools.
