TL;DR
Manager Service Enhancement (Fintech): Driving innovation and service delivery improvements for client-facing platforms with an accent on project portfolio oversight and change management. Location: Must be based in Canada with current work authorization. The role follows a hybrid schedule, currently based in Toronto (483 Bay Street) with a transition to Mississauga (3 Robert Speck Parkway) in late 2026.
Salary: $121,000 – $146,000 CAD annually.

What you will do
- Oversee the Client Services projects portfolio and drive division-wide change management initiatives.
- Create and manage product roadmaps in collaboration with business leaders and scrum teams.
- Coach and manage Product Owners and Project Analysts to ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices.
- Partner with business sponsors to provide oversight for internal platforms and applications.
- Develop strong relationships across Information Systems and other business units to drive automation and digitalization.
- Present project status and strategic updates to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Current work authorization for Canada is required.
- 5-7 years of relevant financial services industry experience, preferably in mutual funds.
- 1-3 years of experience in Agile/Scrum or project management roles.
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- University degree (Bachelor’s) or equivalent work experience.
Nice to have
- Product Owner Certification or other Agile/Scrum certifications.
