Location: Must be based in Canada with current work authorization. The role follows a hybrid schedule, currently based in Toronto (483 Bay Street) with a transition to Mississauga (3 Robert Speck Parkway) in late 2026.

Salary: $121,000 – $146,000 CAD annually.

What you will do

• Oversee the Client Services projects portfolio and drive division-wide change management initiatives.
• Create and manage product roadmaps in collaboration with business leaders and scrum teams.
• Coach and manage Product Owners and Project Analysts to ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices.
• Partner with business sponsors to provide oversight for internal platforms and applications.
• Develop strong relationships across Information Systems and other business units to drive automation and digitalization.
• Present project status and strategic updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• 5-7 years of relevant financial services industry experience, preferably in mutual funds.
• 1-3 years of experience in Agile/Scrum or project management roles.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• University degree (Bachelor’s) or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Product Owner Certification or other Agile/Scrum certifications.
