Salary: $97,000 - $121,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What you will do

• Own the development, operationalization, and reporting of key product metrics.
• Measure usability, workflow orchestration efficiency, platform adoption, and data quality.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure required data sets are extracted and transformed for analysis.
• Analyze and visualize data to generate actionable insights for business partners.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to drive product strategy.
• Enable self-service monitoring through dashboards, documentation, and training.

Requirements

• Must be based in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, or Ontario.
• 5+ years of experience leading the creation of metrics.
• 3+ years of experience building BI dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency with SQL and Python.
• Experience interacting with stakeholders to decompose abstract problems into experiments.

Nice to have

• Background in Analytics or Operations Research.
• Proficiency with AI tools (specifically Claude).
• Experience with data lake platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with design mocking or prototyping tools (Figma, Canva, Lucid).
• Experience in Financial Services or Wealth Management.
