What you will do
- Design and own comprehensive learning paths for all GTM roles.
- Build and refine actionable playbooks for storytelling, discovery, and negotiation.
- Drive the teaching and reinforcement of the company sales playbook and methodology.
- Lead high-intensity, workshop-style sessions during global GTM bootcamps.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to evolve the value framework.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in GTM Leadership, Sales Enablement, or top-tier Sales Consultancy.
- Deep, practical expertise in MEDDPICC-based playbooks and value-selling frameworks.
- Must have the legal right to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.
- Proven ability to build structured, outcome-oriented learning journeys.
- Elite facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse GTM audiences.
