What you will do

• Own the external inbound marketing strategy and execution.
• Develop and optimize landing pages and email sequences to increase conversions.
• Establish and manage growth partnerships with influencers and aligned organizations.
• Define and execute SEO and blog content strategies with expert guidance.
• Collaborate with the founder and admissions team to refine the applicant journey.
• Hire and manage external experts to accelerate growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a growth marketing role.
• 2+ years of experience in an inbound marketing role.
• Solid knowledge of marketing analytics.
• Ability to work independently and set your own course.
• Strong creative problem-solving and strategic planning skills.
