Growth Marketer (Inbound Marketing)

Location: Remote; work from anywhere in the world

Salary: $30,000–$70,000 per year for full-time work, depending on experience and track record. The contract may start part-time for the first months.

What you will do

• Own the external inbound marketing strategy using a community- and relationship-building approach.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase the number and quality of monthly applications.
• Create landing pages, optimize the website for newsletter sign-ups, and improve conversion journeys.
• Build growth partnerships with aligned organizations, influencers, and community members.
• Define and execute the SEO and blog content strategy, including content briefs and writer management.
• Create email sequences and newsletters, and collaborate with Admissions and Community Marketing on the applicant journey.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a growth marketing role.
• 2+ years of experience in inbound marketing.
• Solid knowledge of marketing analytics.
• Ability to combine strategic planning with hands-on execution and rapid experimentation.
