Salary: $111,700 – $196,300

What you will do

  • Identify and win new cloud business by developing a deep understanding of prospective customer environments.
  • Design and execute strategic account plans to drive long-term growth and value realization.
  • Communicate the hirify.global strategic vision to C-suite stakeholders to solve complex business challenges.
  • Orchestrate internal teams and partners throughout the sales process to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Manage customer risks and negotiate financial win-win solutions to close deals.
  • Advocate for upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software sales experience
  • Proven success working at the C-suite level
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Experience with cloud and subscription-based sales models
  • Track record of consistently hitting sales targets
  • BS or BA degree or equivalent work-related experience
