Sr. Supply Chain Partnership Manager (Supply Chain/Vendor Management): Advancing strategic partnerships with courts and external vendors to optimize supply chain operations with an accent on aligning initiatives with day-to-day operations and fostering strategic value. Location: Must be based in or relocate to one of the hub locations (Denver, San Francisco, Nashville, or Santiago) and work from the office 3+ days a week. A relocation stipend may be available.
Salary: $96,000 - $113,000 USD (for Denver, CO)

What you will do
- Lead the development and execution of strategic partnerships with vendors and courts to drive mutual growth.
- Collaborate with Strategy and Procurement teams to negotiate contracts and conduct audits.
- Manage vendor performance using data-driven insights and lead strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Serve as a key stakeholder in external incident management and risk mitigation strategies.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to integrate vendor and court insights into R&D.
- Drive transformative strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency within the supply chain.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor management or supply chain in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and data analysis skills.
- Experience in the technology or background check industry.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements affecting procurement and vendor contracts.
- Must be available to work from the office 3+ days a week in a hub city.
