Salary: $96,000 - $113,000 USD (for Denver, CO)

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of strategic partnerships with vendors and courts to drive mutual growth.
• Collaborate with Strategy and Procurement teams to negotiate contracts and conduct audits.
• Manage vendor performance using data-driven insights and lead strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Serve as a key stakeholder in external incident management and risk mitigation strategies.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to integrate vendor and court insights into R&D.
• Drive transformative strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency within the supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor management or supply chain in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and data analysis skills.
• Experience in the technology or background check industry.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements affecting procurement and vendor contracts.
• Must be available to work from the office 3+ days a week in a hub city.
