Salary: $110,000 - $140,000

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of health plan partnerships, acting as the primary point of contact for client partners.
- Track and manage contractual requirements to ensure accurate and timely reporting and deliverables.
- Utilize data to communicate performance stories and manage the total cost of care for clients.
- Coordinate the resolution of client escalations and collaborate with internal teams to solve pain points.
- Represent the voice of the customer to inform the product and solution development process.
- Identify and socialize opportunities to optimize financial performance internally.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing or customer success role, preferably with health plans.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, specifically value-based care and Medicaid health plans.
- Proven ability to drive business results and a commercial mindset suitable for a growth-stage environment.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
