What you will do

• Own the Long Range Plan by aligning capital allocation and growth assumptions with the company’s long-term vision.
• Build and maintain models to measure and improve unit economics across customers, segments, cohorts, and channels.
• Deliver executive-ready materials for monthly reviews and board discussions, turning data into clear action narratives.
• Support fundraising efforts and other strategic projects through scenario modeling and business case development.
• Define and track KPIs and leading indicators to drive operational improvements.
• Stand up the systems, tooling, and frameworks for Strategic Finance, including automation, reporting, and operational rhythms.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, strategy & operations, FP&A, or related finance roles with operational experience in a fast-paced scaling environment.
• Experience with subscription business models, including ARR, revenue, retention, and unit economics.
• Proven ability to partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and R&D teams and influence decisions through insight.
• Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, including building models from scratch in an operationally complex environment.
• Ability to translate analysis into clear narratives for executives and present comfortably to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
