What you will do

• Partner with founders and executives to translate strategy into operating plans and track execution across functions.
• Manage the company's planning and reporting cadence, including annual planning, quarterly goals, and board materials.
• Own the financial operating model, overseeing FP&A, headcount planning, unit economics, and pricing analysis.
• Drive deep-dive analyses on market entry, GTM motions, and product bets to provide strategic recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and build the internal operating stack, deploying AI to create operational leverage.
• Support corporate development and fundraising, including investor materials and competitive research.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in strategy/ops, Chief of Staff, BizOps, management consulting, or investment banking at a high-growth tech startup or top-tier firm.
• Strong quantitative skills with fluency in financial models, P&L, and cohort analysis.
• First-principles thinking and sharp written and verbal communication skills.
• High tolerance for ambiguity, breadth, and frequent context switching.
• Active daily use of AI in workflow, including building agents for automation.
• Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid).

• Experience in consumer tech, platforms, gaming, or interactive entertainment.
• Exposure to corporate development, M&A, venture investing, or fundraising.
• A track record of building products, companies, or communities end-to-end.
