What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end global sales compensation processes, including plan design support, modeling, commission calculations, accruals, payroll submission, and governance.
  • Own advanced analytics for sales performance, productivity, and incentive effectiveness using data from ICM, Salesforce, and financial systems.
  • Partner with Sales and GTM leadership to connect compensation design and performance metrics to financial outcomes and revenue growth.
  • Optimize cost of sales and investment efficiency with deal-level and product-level profitability analysis.
  • Build scalable reporting and forecasting processes for variable compensation across monthly, quarterly, and multi-year horizons.
  • Manage and develop a team of financial analysts; drive process transformation and automation to improve accuracy, scalability, and speed.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, FP&A, or related roles with direct exposure to sales compensation, incentive design, or ICM systems.
  • Proven finance leadership with strategic, analytical, and operational impact.
  • Experience supporting sales and go-to-market organizations, ideally in fintech or SaaS environments.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and how compensation decisions affect P&L, cash flow, and the balance sheet.
  • Experience with Salesforce, ICM platforms, and large data environments.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in a matrixed organization.
