Sr Financial Analyst – Member & Digital Experience (Financial Modeling/FP&A): Partner with Marketing, Digital, and Member Experience leaders to deliver strategic, data-driven financial insights with an accent on ROI/NPV modeling, scenario analysis, and executive-level financial storytelling. Focus on forecasting, budgeting, capacity & productivity analysis, and improving finance processes to support enterprise-wide investment and operational decisions.

Salary: $117,200.00-$143,200.00 annually (target pay range)

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted finance advisor to Marketing, Digital, and Member Experience leaders.
• Evaluate investments, staffing strategies, and operational tradeoffs using proactive financial analysis and scenario modeling.
• Build ROI and NPV models and develop executive-level business cases and recommendations.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning across assigned portfolios and cost centers.
• Analyze capacity, productivity, and delivery economics to optimize organizational performance.
• Translate complex financial data into executive narratives and deliver monthly reporting packages with variance analysis.

Requirements

• Residency requirement: must be a resident of WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of finance business partner/analyst experience with advanced analysis and financial modeling skills.
• Working knowledge of GAAP, Chart of Accounts, and Fixed Assets.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities against competing deadlines and coordinate leadership presentations.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Financial institution experience.
• Enterprise financial planning/reporting tools experience; OneStream experience preferred.
• Experience supporting Marketing, Digital, Product, Member Experience, or Operations teams.
• SQL or BI tool experience; process improvement and simplification experience.
