What you will do
- Contribute to the annual operating budget and periodic forecasting processes.
- Partner with business teams to understand key drivers, support accountability, and enable timely, accurate decisions.
- Produce internal management financial reporting and presentations for the CFO, executive management, and the Board of Directors.
- Support the Accounting teamβs monthly close and perform month-end variance analysis.
- Own, maintain, and improve internal financial models, dashboards, and analyses; optimize critical and sensitive data models.
- Lead analysis of operational problems and recommend effective solutions on complex ad hoc projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a similar analytical role (with a strong preference for public company experience).
- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA is a plus.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, plus strong data query experience and ability to manipulate and interpret large datasets.
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial statement presentation.
- Must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Strong communication skills to clearly present complex information across one-on-one and group settings.
