What you will do

• Develop and manage partnerships with multifamily property decision makers, owners, and stakeholders.
• Drive lead generation for energy efficiency programs based on specific guidelines.
• Conduct property assessments for project scoping and baseline data collection.
• Provide technical support to service providers for program tracking and data entry.
• Lead production planning and outreach meetings with internal teams and utility clients.
• Maintain program schedules and present offerings to various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years’ experience in energy-efficiency program implementation or project management.
• Proven success in engaging multifamily property owners and contractors.
• Ability to manage the full project lifecycle from inception to close, including QA/QC.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Salesforce, and CRM tools.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with multifamily programs or property management.
• Technical knowledge of building science principles and technologies.
