Focus on integrating autonomous pentesting into classified environments and exceeding revenue targets (ARR/NRR).

Location: Remote (USA). U.S. citizenship and active Top Secret or Secret clearance are required. Ideal candidate located in the DC, Maryland, or Northern Virginia area for ad-hoc travel to customer sites.

Salary: $120,000 - $165,000 OTE annually

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of federal civilian, Department of War, and Defense Industrial Base (DIB) customers.
• Guide customers on achieving and maintaining CMMC and FedRAMP compliance using NodeZero.
• Integrate NodeZero into unclassified and classified environments adhering to security protocols.
• Partner with IT and Security teams (SOC, red/blue teams) to interpret pentest results and prioritize remediation.
• Collaborate with Federal sales and renewals teams to drive retention and growth (ARR, NRR, GRR).
• Act as a customer advocate, relaying technical feedback to internal product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is a prerequisite.
• Active/recent Top Secret or Secret clearance is required.
• 4+ years in Customer Success, TAM, or cybersecurity technical operations within a SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of enterprise security, cloud, or offensive security.
• Experience managing a book of business and exceeding revenue targets.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

• Offensive cybersecurity certifications such as OSCP, CEH, GPEN, CISSP, or CCNA.
