What you will do
- Manage inbound renewal conversations and retention consultations with existing policyholders.
- Perform coverage counseling and comprehensive policy reviews to ensure optimal protection.
- Reshop policies across approved carrier partners to find competitive pricing and coverage solutions.
- Resolve customer concerns and de-escalate challenging situations via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate policy documentation and follow-up records in internal systems.
- Collaborate on improving operational processes, forms, and training materials.
Requirements
- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- 2+ years of brokerage or multi-carrier insurance experience.
- 1+ year of insurance sales or customer retention experience.
- Proven experience in policy reviews and renewal consultations.
- Must reside and work full-time in one of the following US states: AL, AZ, CO, FL, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, MT, NC, NE, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, or WI.
Nice to have
- Bilingual Spanish language skills.
- Experience worg in a call center or high-volume customer contact environment.
