What you will do

• Manage communications and distribute applications to insurance carriers.

• Maintain accurate client records within Microsoft D365.
• Coordinate presentation materials and support service issue resolution.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Farmington, CT.
• 2+ years of applicable professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

• Prior experience in a broker agency or benefit administration firm.

• Experience with Canva, Simplebooklet, and AI tools.
