Cyber Security Alliance Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid across Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, Leeds, London, Marlow, Manchester, Newcastle, or the South Coast; three days in the office and two days working from home.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for three cybersecurity vendors.
• Create Joint Business Plans, align sales enablement plans, and collaborate on go-to-market strategies, incentives, and training.
• Oversee internal and external pipelines, support BDRs, and align activities with partnership strategies.
• Prepare and present Quarterly Business Reviews, including analysis of vendor earnings, competitor performance, and channel metrics.
• Build internal and external partnerships and represent hirify.global at UK industry events.
• Maintain technical and sales certifications and provide first-line support for vendor-related escalations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in partnership management and vendor relations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills.
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills for insights and reporting.
• Ability to work in the stated hybrid office arrangement.
