Partner Manager - Cybersecurity

What you will do

• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to support sales growth and improve strategic and operational performance.
• Build and maintain relationhirify.globalps with M/WBE and technology partners.
• Manage partner programs from ideation through implementation, including onboarding and stakeholder communication.
• Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Track diversity spend, revenue, margin, and other key performance metrics.
• Manage CRM data, support business intelligence reporting, conduct regional analysis, and coordinate partner events, webinars, and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, sales support, partner support, or a similar role.
• Experience analyzing contracts and statements of work.
• Ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Project, and Visio at an intermediate level.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with C-suite executives and other leaders.
• Ability to travel to hirify.global, partner, and customer events, including approximately 10% travel.
