TL;DR
Market Leader (Fintech): Building and managing long-standing relationships with intermediary clients to drive the adoption of investment products with an accent on consultative sales and territory growth. Focus on developing data-driven client segmentation strategies and delivering expert-level product presentations to financial advisors.
Location: Must be based in Seattle, Washington. Role requires a hybrid work schedule with at least four days per week in the office.
Salary: $70,000–$75,000 per year (plus incentive pay).

What you will do
- Develop and grow profitable relationships with intermediary clients to maximize wallet share.
- Act as a consultant to identify client needs and provide insight-based education and portfolio construction consultations.
- Execute a data-driven client segmentation strategy for the assigned territory.
- Deliver product presentations via telephone, WebEx, office visits, and industry conferences.
- Implement a strategic travel rotation to cover boutique firms and non-metropolitan clients.
- Partner with the Division Sales Manager to align territory sales plans with broader division goals.
Requirements
- Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
- Five or more years of sales experience in marketing investment products to financial advisors.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
- Technical expertise in mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs, and capital markets.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Digital and data-driven mentality for business planning.
Nice to have
- CFA, CIMA, or similar professional certification.
