Location: Onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL

Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 base, OTE $160,000+

What you will do

• Manage, coach, and motivate a team of Account Executives through regular pipeline reviews and deal strategy sessions.
• Own team revenue performance and personally engage in prospecting and deal execution to exceed targets.
• Develop and refine scalable outbound sales strategies, playbooks, and best practices.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop future sales talent.
• Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to optimize lead generation and pipeline development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of exceeding quota.
• 2+ years of sales leadership or team management experience managing Account Executives.
• Strong outbound prospecting and business development skills.
• Experience building sales processes and teams from the ground up in high-growth environments.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech, SaaS, technology, or financial services.
• Experience selling specifically to small and mid-sized businesses (SMB).
• Familiarity with modern sales technology and CRM platforms.
