What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of project managers and third-party contractors in the execution of wind power construction projects.
• Drive collaboration across internal departments including Engineering, Development, and Asset Management.
• Oversee EPC selection, contract negotiations, and vendor management to ensure project efficiency.
• Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide executive-level reporting on portfolio status and risk.
• Manage project transitions from construction and commissioning to long-term asset operations.
• Conduct periodic site visits to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with environmental standards.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of renewable energy construction experience, including at least 5 years in wind construction.
• 2-5 years of people/team management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in utility-scale wind construction oversight, HV construction, and commissioning.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate EPC, PPA, and TSA agreements.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
