TL;DR

Chief of Staff & Corporate Development Lead (SaaS): Driving critical strategic and operational priorities in direct partnership with the CEO with an accent on M&A execution, financial modeling, and cross-functional leadership. Focus on managing the CEO's agenda, board communications, and long-term strategic planning to scale a category-leading hospitality platform.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from New York, NY (Hybrid)

Salary: $175,000–$300,000

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted thought partner to the CEO on strategy, prioritization, and execution.
  • Own and execute corporate development efforts, including M&A strategy, valuation, and transaction diligence.
  • Drive alignment and accountability across the executive team for cross-functional initiatives.
  • Prepare board materials, investor updates, and key executive communications.
  • Support long-term strategic planning, capital allocation, and international expansion efforts.
  • Identify operational risks and proactively recommend solutions to the CEO.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of total professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience at a top-tier investment bank or management consulting firm.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and strategic analysis.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate with high ownership.
  • Prior operating experience in a high-growth or technology company environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Prior exposure to SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Experience executing M&A or corporate development transactions.
  • MBA degree.
