TL;DR
Chief of Staff (SaaS): Driving operational alignment and executing company-wide strategic priorities to scale ARR from $300MM to $600MM with an accent on cross-functional leadership and operational depth. Focus on breaking down complex strategic goals into actionable plans, optimizing the lead-to-cash lifecycle, and acting as an executive proxy for the COO.
Location: Hybrid (Raleigh, NC or New York City). Minimum 3 days per week in-office presence required.
Salary: $187,000 - $235,000

What you will do
- Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from conception through completion.
- Drive operational alignment across Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering to identify and resolve business friction.
- Act as an executive proxy for the COO in key meetings, making informed decisions and ensuring follow-through.
- Own critical executive communications, including Board of Director decks and employee-facing messaging.
- Facilitate leadership team meetings to maintain momentum against quarterly objectives.
- Lead change management efforts to strengthen alignment during rapid organizational growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in high-growth SaaS within Strategy, Revenue Operations, Finance, or a CoS role.
- Deep proficiency in GTM Strategy, Sales Operations, or Finance, with a broad understanding of the lead-to-cash lifecycle.
- Proven experience managing large-scale strategic projects and executive stakeholders.
- Expert analytical skills using Salesforce, Looker, Clari, or similar BI tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Raleigh or NYC offices (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced business degree.
- Prior experience as a Chief of Staff specifically within a high-growth SaaS company.
- Experience operating across multiple domains including Demand Generation, Product, and Engineering.
