What you will do

• Partner with the CRO to define and execute annual and quarterly revenue strategies.
• Establish and manage operating rhythms, including QBRs, forecast reviews, and leadership meetings.
• Drive revenue planning, territory strategy, and organizational scaling initiatives.
• Lead high-impact cross-functional projects spanning Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance.
• Develop executive-level presentations, board materials, and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor key business metrics to identify opportunities for growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, or high-growth SaaS/cloud companies.
• Strong understanding of B2B enterprise sales motions and revenue operations.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication abilities.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in cloud infrastructure, AI infrastructure, or hyperscale cloud.
• Familiarity with ARR, NRR, CAC, and GTM metrics.
• Background in cybersecurity or data platforms.
