Customer Development Representative (Cybersecurity)

Location: Must be based in or near Reading, UK, with mandatory office attendance twice a week.

What you will do

• Support Account Managers within the SMB/Corporate segment to drive customer sales.
• Identify and qualify existing customers for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
• Schedule product demonstrations between Sales Representatives and potential clients.
• Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns via email and social media.
• Manage lead pipelines and opportunities using Salesforce and other CRM tools.

Requirements

• Must be located in or near Reading, UK for hybrid office attendance.
• Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.
• Driven and results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting metrics.
• Ability to articulate technical information clearly.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
