What you will do
- Exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue quota goals.
- Develop and execute business plans aligned with geographic and partner needs.
- Collaborate with Marketing to drive lead generation and partner engagement.
- Lead technical resources to demonstrate product advantages to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from qualification and presentations to RFP responses and negotiations.
- Maintain high levels of customer and partner satisfaction throughout the account lifecycle.
Requirements
- Must be based in Germany.
- Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in the Identity Management or Security industries.
- Proven track record in a quota-oriented sales environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience presenting to C-level executives.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
