What you will do

• Act as the technical bridge between customers and internal development, product management, and quality teams.
• Provide expert technical guidance on the full hirify.global product portfolio to external clients.
• Gather and analyze engineering data based on specific customer requirements.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams to develop cost-effective technical solutions.
• Support technical benchmarking, market intelligence, and scouting activities for new opportunities.
• Facilitate the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for selected customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, preferably with an electronics background.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive electronics.
• Must be based in Shenzhen.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for a customer-facing role.
• English proficiency (spoken and written) required.
• Ability to travel as needed.
