Salary: $130,400 – $151,200 USD (Base salary only)

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for a book of up to 10 strategic enterprise customers.
• Guide customers through deployment, configuration, and operationalization of the hirify.global platform.
• Develop and execute success plans with measurable goals aligned to security and compliance objectives.
• Act as the primary technical contact for resolving complex issues and unblocking adoption.
• Represent customer needs to internal Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.
• Drive expansion opportunities and assist in securing renewals in partnership with sales teams.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles supporting cloud or security products.
• Must have legal right to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.
• Expert understanding of at least 2 CSPs (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI) with relevant professional certifications.
• Deep familiarity with cloud-security best practices, CNAPP, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps/IaC security.
• Proven track record of managing 5+ complex enterprise accounts and building executive-level relationships.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose complex technical issues across Linux and Windows environments.

Nice to have

• Security certifications such as CISSP or CCSP.
• Experience as a Principal Solutions Engineer or Senior Architect.
