Vice President, Treasury (AI)

What you will do

• Own the treasury risk and governance framework, including covenant monitoring, compliance certificates, bank reporting obligations, policies, and controls.
• Lead treasury SOX design, documentation, testing support, and control improvements with accounting, audit, and controllership.
• Oversee enterprise liquidity reporting and treasury metrics for the Treasurer, CFO, and senior leadership.
• Prepare liquidity, leverage, covenant, and market-risk materials for rating agencies, lenders, risk committees, and boards.
• Develop reporting and mitigation strategies for interest rate, FX, counterparty, and refinancing risks.
• Improve treasury reporting through process automation, data-quality initiatives, and clean onboarding of new financing facilities.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in corporate treasury, corporate finance, or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of debt agreements, compliance mechanics, and treasury controls.
• Experience building senior-level liquidity reporting and audit committee materials.
• Experience owning treasury policies and supporting covenant compliance across financing arrangements.
• Ability to work in the US.
