Vice President, Treasurer (Corporate Finance)

What you will do

• Lead treasury strategy, financing analysis, capital structure planning, and working capital optimization.
• Own long-term financial statement, cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure models.
• Oversee debt management, covenant compliance, letters of credit, guarantees, banking relationships, and excess cash investments.
• Manage foreign exchange and interest rate risks, including hedging strategies and financial risk controls.
• Lead treasury systems, policies, procedures, insurance programs, and surety, bid, and performance bonds.
• Support M&A due diligence, financial modeling, financing, and integration of acquired firms into cash management processes.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in finance and treasury.
• Previous leadership experience within the treasury function and 5+ years of direct staff management.
• Experience building and developing high-performing financial teams and leading cross-functional resources.
• Expertise in financial analysis, corporate finance, sensitivity modeling, long-term planning, and M&A modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, communication, presentation, collaboration, and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Administration.
• Chartered Financial Analyst or Certified Treasury Professional certification.
• Experience with online banking platforms, Hyperion, CostPoint, other ERP systems, or Bloomberg.
• Experience in federal, commercial, or international consulting firms.
