What you will do

• Partner with the CEO and executive team on hirify.globalny strategy, fundraising, investment decisions, headcount planning, pricing, and resource allocation.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, growth modeling, and board and investor reporting.
• Monitor ARR, CAC, LTV, burn, Magic Number, and Credit Burndown to support sustainable scaling.
• Build and lead the finance and accounting organization, including team structure, hiring, development, and succession planning.
• Design scalable financial systems, reporting tools, automation, data governance, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Oversee accounting operations, treasury, banking relationships, audits, revenue recognition, payroll, working capital, and GAAP reporting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including significant experience in venture-backed, high-growth startups.
• Proven experience building and scaling finance and accounting teams in Series A–C hirify.globalnies.
• Deep expertise in financial planning, forecasting, growth modeling, accounting operations, revenue recognition, and internal controls.
• Strong understanding of AI credits-based and recurring revenue models and unit economics.
• Experience partnering with executive teams and presenting to boards and investors.
• Hands-on, analytical leadership style with the ability to simplify complex information, influence cross-functional teams, and develop others.

Nice to have

• Experience leading finance through Series C or later-stage fundraising.
• Banking relationship management and treasury experience.
• Exposure to IPO readiness, SEC reporting, or international finance operations.
• Familiarity with fintech solutions, data analytics platforms, and finance automation or RPA.
• CPA and/or MBA.
