TL;DR

Lead Architect (Digital Twin & AI Factory): Designing and implementing architectural solutions for simulation, digital twins, and AI Factory operations with an accent on scalable GPU infrastructure and MLOps. Focus on building robust, reusable patterns that enable the development, training, and validation of Physical AI systems at a global scale.

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Irving, Texas, USA (Onsite)

Salary: $128,470 – $208,770

What you will do

  • Develop detailed architecture deliverables to solve complex business and technical problems.
  • Design technical infrastructure including databases, processing mechanisms, and testing approaches.
  • Lead the evaluation and deployment of new technologies to enhance digital capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions for AI model development and simulation.
  • Establish reusable patterns and standards for AI Factory and MLOps workflows.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work onsite in Irving, TX, five days a week.
  • Proven experience designing digital twin and simulation environments for physical systems.
  • Hands-on experience with AI development platforms, GPU infrastructure, and large-scale AI workloads.
  • Strong understanding of MLOps, model training, fine-tuning, and governance.
  • Experience with NVIDIA ecosystem technologies such as Omniverse, Isaac, or DGX platforms.
  • Ability to translate architectural strategy into practical implementation plans.
